What this system does
Migrantov is built for immigration consultancies that currently run their client work out of spreadsheets and email. Each agency gets a branded workspace with its own staff accounts, client pipeline, document tracking with expiry reminders, and a self-service client portal. A Super Admin console sits above every agency for platform-level billing, usage, and support. Case notes can be summarized automatically using a switchable AI provider (Claude or Gemini), and agencies can bill clients directly through Paystack, PayPal, or a UAE-focused gateway depending on where their clients are based.
What needed solving
Immigration agencies typically track clients, documents, and case status across spreadsheets, email threads, and messaging apps, which makes it easy to miss a document expiry or lose track of where a case actually stands.

What it's built with
Walking through the flow
An agency signs up and gets a scoped workspace under shared multi-tenant tables (every query is scoped to that agency's ID). Staff move clients through pipeline stages, attach and track documents with expiry reminders, and can generate an AI summary of a case on demand. Clients log in separately through the same portal to see their own progress and upload requested documents. A platform-level Super Admin console sits above all of this purely for managing agencies, billing, and platform settings — it never touches an individual agency's client data directly.
This system is actively being built. Core pieces work; some areas are still in progress.
