Complete systems, end to end
Thoforge designs and builds full software systems — not landing pages, not isolated components. That means the database schema, the backend logic, the payment or business flow underneath, and the interface someone actually uses to get their work done. Every system on this site was built the same way: start from a real workflow that's currently broken or missing, and build the smallest complete version of the platform that fixes it.
Where the work concentrates
Most of the work falls into a few recurring shapes:
- Multi-tenant SaaS platforms — one codebase serving many independent businesses, each with their own scoped data and branding.
- Marketplaces — multi-vendor platforms with storefronts, listings, and checkout flows that have to handle real payment logic, not just a shopping cart.
- AI-powered tools — AI layered into an existing workflow with a real job to do (summarizing, drafting, generating), not AI as the whole product.
- Automation and business software — the operational tooling that keeps a business running once the customer-facing product exists.
How the work gets done
Systems get built to run on real, affordable infrastructure from day one — most of what's on this site runs on plain PHP and MySQL on ordinary shared hosting, deliberately, because it's fast to iterate on and cheap to keep running while a product is still finding its shape. Architecture decisions get made for the problem in front of them rather than for their own sake: a multi-tenant SaaS product needs tenant-scoped data from day one, a marketplace needs its payment and trust model worked out before anything else, and neither needs more infrastructure than the current stage of the product justifies.

What's in progress right now
Active work right now includes Migrantov, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for immigration consulting agencies, and TutorAI Marketplace, a tutor marketplace with an AI teaching layer on top. Both are in active development — see the systems directory for the full breakdown of each, including what's built and what's still in progress.
Currently based between builds — relocating to the UAE and building the next system from there.
